Welcome to Hillsboro Pediatric Clinic, your new medical home! Our team of dedicated Board Certified Pediatricians and Certified Nurse Practitioners are excitedly waiting to care for your child.
Hillsboro Pediatric Clinic (HPC) has two locations to better serve their patients. The main location is located downtown Hillsboro on Main Street, the second location is located at the Orenco Station on Cornell Road. Our providers rotate days between the Main Street location and the Orenco location. See our Providers tab for details of when your provider may be at the Orenco location.
HPC is a Medical Home and as such offers services through care teams. Each Provider is part of either our Penguin or Dolphin team. Should your child’s primary provider not be available we will schedule an appointment with another provider in the same care team.

Hillsboro Pediatric Clinic offers care to newborns through our Kangaroo team. This team focuses on the care of all newborns for their first 30 days of life. Please visit our Newborn Care page for more information.
We make every attempt to schedule appointments at a time that is convenient for you. Same day appointments for illnesses and injuries are usually available. We also offer extended hours at our Main Street location Monday-Thursday from 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 8:45am-12pm. Well Child Checks may be available during evening hours- our Saturday appointments are usually limited for acute illnesses and injuries.
Our providers and staff work hard to prepare for your child’s visit; if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as at least 24 hours in advance. The sooner you call, the sooner we can reschedule your child’s appointment and make that time available for another patient. If no notice or less than 1 hours’ notice is received indicating that you will not arrive to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will result in a “no show”.
New patients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early to their first appointment to allow adequate time for completing the initial paperwork. If patient is under the age of 15 a legal parent must accompany the child. Legal parent must provide photo ID, insurance card and new patient packet. You can download our New Patient Packet and fill out prior to the visit.

Insurance & Forms
We are contracted with most major insurance companies. Through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) we are contracted with Tuality Health Alliance (THA), CareOregon, and Yamhill Coordinated Care. We may additionally see patients with DMAP (open card). It is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to ensure that we are covered under your policy and verify insurance coverage. If you have an insurance change, please notify us as soon as possible.
We are not contracted with the following insurance plans:
- Kaiser HMO
- Providence Connect Network (Providence)
- Legacy Health (through BlueCross BlueShield)
Please bring your insurance card with you when your child has an appointment and be prepared to make any co-payments required by your insurance.
Patients with no proof of insurance are required to make new patient deposit of $125.00 at the first initial appointment and $50.00 at any future appointments, which will be applied to the cost of the visit and any remaining balance will be billed. Our clinic offers payment plans and a sliding fee scale (for those who qualify).
