Your HPC Medical Home offers services through care teams. Each Provider is part the Penguin or Dolphin team. If your child’s primary provider is not be available we will schedule an appointment with another provider from the same care team.OB/Peds Consult (Meet and Greet)

Most of our providers are currently accepting new patients. Visit our Providers page to see who is accepting new patients.
We make every attempt to schedule appointments at a time that is convenient for you. Same day appointments for illnesses and injuries are usually available. We also offer extended hours at our Main Street clinic Monday thru Thursday from 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Well Child Checks may be available during evening hours. Saturday appointments are usually limited to illness and injuries.
Our providers and staff work hard to prepare for your child’s visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. The sooner you call, the sooner we can reschedule your child’s appointment and make that time available for another patient. If no notice or less than 1 hour notice is given, your appointment will result in a “no show”.
New patients are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes early to their first appointment to allow time for completing initial paperwork. If paperwork is not completed by the scheduled time of the appointment, we may have to reschedule this first appointment.
If the patient is under the age of 15 years, a legal parent or guardian must accompany the child. This adult must provide their own photo ID, the child’s insurance card and a completed new patient packet. You can download our New Patient Packet and fill it out prior to the visit.
