HPC providers are dedicated to providing the highest quality care possible.

Our mission at Hillsboro Pediatric Clinic is to provide consistent, timely, compassionate and innovative high quality medical care to the children and adolescents of our community. We strive to provide access to care when the patients need and want to be seen. Our extended evening and Saturday hours were added to help meet those needs. For additional convenience, Telephone Advice Nurses are also available during regular and extended hours.

Our physicians are committed to serving our underserved populations and so accept both Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan) and Medicare patients. Because some of our patients may experience times of economic need, we also offer financial assistance in the form of a sliding fee scale. While the level of payment will be based on ability to pay, we require minimal payments to demonstrate the families’ commitment.

    The physicians value nurse practitioners (NPs) to extend their ability to meet these goals. Most of our NPs also serve as Primary Care Providers. In addition to a Master or Doctoral degree in Advanced Practice nursing, all of the NPs have specialized in pediatrics and all hold national certification (designation of CPNPs).

    NPs or CPNPs are highly educated and experienced health professionals who specialize in health education, diagnosis and treatment of illness, in addition to wellness visits for infants, children and teens. Mental health problems such as depression can also be managed by NPs.

    In addition, we offer “mother/baby” newborn care through our “Best Beginnings” program, as well as lactation consultation to all new parents in our practice.

    HPC offers free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
