We are currently seeking a Resource (Triage) RN and an Accountant/Human Resources Representative.

Resource/Triage RN

We are looking for a Full-Time Resource/Triage RN to join our clinical staff department. Our Triage RNs excel in our fast-paced medical home by collaborating with patients, providers, and support staff in the delivery of integrated team,-based pediatric patient care primarily through telephone triage.

The responsibilities for this position, but are not limited to, include:
  • Facilitate best practices, patient satisfaction, and improve HPC patient health relative to chronic disease management of identified clinically important conditions.
  • Assess, plan, implement, education, and evaluate safe, quality patient care
  • Facilitate communication, coordination services, and address barriers relative to patient care
  • Evaluate data and provide a summary to the healthcare team
  • Education and Experience:
  • Education: AA or BA from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: One year as an RN or in a telephone triage situation, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Certificate/License: Current, unencumbered license as an RN in the state of Oregon
  • Certificate: Current certificate in Basic Life Support.
  • Speaks and writes English proficiently. Bilingual English/Spanish desired.

    Accountant/Human Resources Representative

    We are looking for a Full-Time Accountant/Human Resource Representative to join our business department!

    The responsibilities for this position, but are not limited to, include:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, manage accounts payable, human resources, payroll and bookkeeping.
  • Track vaccine inventory
  • Manage non-clinical vendor relationships
  • Education and Experience:
  • Education: Baccalaureate degree in accounting or business administration. CPA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years accounting experience preferable in a medical setting. Supervisory or technical support experience is a plus.
