Well Child Check (Sports Physical) Clinic at Orenco and Main Street!

If your child has not had a physical or Well Child Check in the last 12 months they will need to complete one prior to being cleared to play sports. We are holding a Sports Physical clinic at Main Street and Orenco with Erin Schmidt, MSN, CPNP, on most Thursdays from now until September 26, 2019.

Is your child playing or thinking about playing sports?

If your child has not had a physical or Well Child Check in the last 12 months they will need to complete one prior to being cleared to play sports. Now is the perfect time to schedule your child’s Well Check to avoid delays in their participation. Our schedules are open for the summer- extended time during the evening is also available, schedule for a time that is convenient for you!

Virus or Bacteria? When does your child need antibiotics?

Will your child participate in sports this year?

Make sure your child has had their Well Child Exam done in the last 12 months! If you need clearance for sports bring in your form as soon as possible. We have a standard Physical form here.
